Why are my eBooks ‘locked’?

Sometimes content has expired or has not been properly activated. Reach out to us to have this rectified.

Sometimes your content may appear inaccessible and have a locked icon over them like below .

This content may be locked because it has expired and your account no longer has access. Content may expire when a code or licence is no longer active, for example because as a student you have moved to a different class, or as a teacher you have a new class in the new year. 

For school purchased resources 

These locked resources are possibly last year’s resources which have expired.  Please ask your school’s ReadCloud administrator to email oppssupport@readcloud.com to rectify this issue.

For student purchased resources 

These locked resources are possibly last year’s resources which have expired. Otherwise please ensure you have purchased the relevant resources from your booklist supplier, and contact your booklist supplier with your proof of purchase to have your resources activated on ReadCloud.
