Sometimes your content may appear inaccessible and have a locked icon over them like below .
This content may be locked because it has expired and your account no longer has access. Content may expire when a code or licence is no longer active, for example because as a student you have moved to a different class, or as a teacher you have a new class in the new year.
For school purchased resources
These locked resources are possibly last year’s resources which have expired. Please ask your school’s ReadCloud administrator to email oppssupport@readcloud.com to rectify this issue.
