The app is telling me I have exceeded Device Limits - what does this mean?

You can log in to the ReadCloud app in up to six different devices. If you exceed your Device Limits, we can reset this for you.

Resetting your Device Limits

Please contact your school's ReadCloud Administrator and they can instantly fix this issue using the Admin Console by resetting the device limit setting.

Using School's Shared Devices

If you are accessing ReadCloud using your school's shared devices, your school's ReadCloud Administrator can request for the school's Device Limit to be removed completely. They can reach out to our Customer Support team to have this configured for your school.
